“The concept is simple: by advertising Complete Data’s unique property listing code alongside a mobile phone number on all forms of marketing collateral, potential buyers not currently on your database can be recognized.” As potential buyers subscribe to an individual property, their most important detail (their mobile phone number) is imported into the CD software and linked to the individual property they are interested in.
Over and above having the mobile number of a newly recognized buyer, outbound SMS communications can then be sent to all parties who had ‘subscribed’, updating them on any relevant developments on that property such as a price reduction, final offers or any other pertinent information.
In a recent example, leading Sydney agent Danny Grant of Ray White Lower North Shore recently received 20 subscriptions to a newly listed property simply by adding the Complete Data listing code and number to text into in a specific properties buyer booklet. Not surprisingly one of the newly subscribed parties to the property became the new owner!
