COVID-19 & Intelli Messaging Services

Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation has unfolded very quickly in Australia.   

However, it’s important to be transparent about how intelli Messaging (IntelliSMS) is responding to the outbreak.   

Given the operational environment we are now in, our underlying philosophy to this situation is to carry on our business with empathy, agility and care.  

To that end, IntelliSMS’s highest priorities are to the health and safety of our employees, as well as our valued clients, industry partners and their customers.

Preventative Steps

Below are the steps IntelliSMS has put in place as at Friday 13th March.  

In the event of any changes, they will be updated here on the company website.  

Employee Travel

Company-related travel is currently suspended until April 20th, 2020. Limiting travel is the safest way of reducing the risks of infection.   

intelliSMS is a small, highly capable and effective team so our ability to adapt to this change was immediate.  

Remote Work

IntelliSMS has a global workforce with staff in time zones stretching from New Zealand, Australia, India and Europe.  

Staff at the head office in Melbourne are encouraged to work from home or if required, attend the office outside of peak commuting times.

IntelliSMS Office Visits

Meetings with industry partners, clients and prospective clients will now be conducted remotely for the foreseeable future.  

IntelliSMS are heavy users of all remote working platforms due to the nature of our globally based workforce.
