Intelli INBOUND functionality allows you to the manage what happens when the ‘inbound’ message is received to the application. For example you can choose to send a templated reply message, forward the message to another system or URL , forward by email or by SMS to another phone or, all of the above.

The reply message can contain a URL link to a mobile store, product brochure, further product detail or a report. The application captures the mobile number of the person requesting the information thus generating a warm sales lead.

This product uses our ‘Inbound’ message forwarding functionality and is for use with your very own dedicated virtual number. Typically, this functionality is used to market information on products and services.

The call to action must be advertised somewhere e.g. Billboards, TV, Radio. In these advertisements you will ask for people to text an SMS keyword to a mobile number (that is your dedicated mobile number). E.g. Text “yes” to 0488 808 111.
